hello
i remove icloud hardware for 2 IPAD A1430 AND A1396 ALL GSM
BEFORE REMOVE RESITORE I CAN SEE NO SERVICE OR NO SIM
BUT AFTER REMOVE RESISTORE AND UPDATE ISO 8.1
I CAN SEE IPAD ONLY I CANT USE NETWORK ONLY IPAD DISPLAY NETWORK PLCE
THANK HELP TO RESOLVE

How did you remove the icloud?

it is the cause of modification.

have you read the stated outcome?

your GSM ipad will turn into Wifi ipad only.
