Ipad 1: Backlight problem

Hi,
I have a Backlight problem in my ipad1, when I click the power button the backlight blink for a second and then gone.

I replaced the 4R7 coil and the problem was still not solved.
I tried:
1. restore all settings and then upgrading OS.
2. Playing with brightness slider UP and DOWN for a few times.
3. Holding Home+Power buttons at the same time, resetting IPAd.
4. disconnecting and connecting the battery.
5. cleaned the motherboard very gently with 99.6% alcohol .
6. Replacing 4R7 coil.

NONE OF SUCCESSES !

I am 100% sure the LCD screen (and the data cable) works because I connected it to another ipad and it works just fine.

So it seems the problem is not in the LCD screen but in my motherboard.
What could be the problem?
Should I replace the IC chip too?
Or should I make a jumper like shown in this picture:

Thank you.

I replaced the 4r7 coil and even make a jumper between the lcd board and the ipad motherboard - NO Success !
Is this mean the IC is damaged?
How can I know if the IC is damaged or not?

(I have electronic equipment multimeter soldering station and so..)

2 things I forgot to mention about the backlight problem:

1. I don't remember that the backlight has blinked before replacing the 4r7 coil.
2. I replaced the 4r7 coil with this coil that I ordered from here:
VLF3010AT-4R7MR70 - TDK - INDUCTOR, POWER LINE, 4UH, 0.7A | Farnell United Kingdom

When I got the ordered coil I've noticed that It looks exactly 1:1 the same as the original 4r7 from the ipad (with 4r7 printing on top).

could it be that I've made a mistake and ordered the wrong coil?

could it be that the replaceable coil doesn't have enough power to drive the backlight and the result is a backlight blinking for a second?

Not right 4R7 coil is for touch +18V Supply like on ipad 2.

From my investigation of ipad board that coil is for touch supply, for backlight is other coil.
I can make full right solution then you and not only you can fix allot of ipad no light but i need some bust for that.

Are you sure?
From my investigation (a lot googling) this coil and the IC next to it are responsible for backlight problems if they damaged.
Anyway my touch is working perfectly although I replaced the coil (maybe different coil).

How many bust do you think you'll required for 100% working solution?

Sorry for the late response Mr. Wites.

I've just now did what you suggested and apparently you are right.
After removing the coil the touch is no longer responding !
I solder this coil again and the touch come back to work.

But I did not found another 4r7 coil in the board .
I'm confused...
