Try reseating headphone/cameras zif, or disconnect headphone cameras etc and try booting, if it boots, the problem is likely in on of the components thats been disconnected. Another issue would be components scraped off logic board near connectors.

Hi.....

Thanks for the reply...... I tried reconnecting every thing from front camera to charging strip and every thing possible ....

I even tried swapping this faulty MOBO to another working IPad but still it had same errors on the screen ...... So this proved that all the strips and parts are fine ..... It might be something on the MotherBoard (MOBO)......

So while inspecting the MotherBoard carefully..... It proved your Second opinion Correct .... There was this resistor missing (R0703) near (J5600) Connector......

This missing resistor was my mistake, as i used a tweezer to open the connector...

Now after replacing that resistor from a dead Ipad ...... The ipad now works perfect......

you need to make a no pad by jumping either the trace further along or look in the schematics to find where the signals appear and jumper them

you need to get that signal or voltage to the component again. either by a) repairing the trace by joining a wire further down or b) look for another point on the pcb where that power/signal is and running a wire from there

In the case of B) From the two capacitors i see a track printed on the motherboard that goes to the connector J5600 on pins 13 (R0703) and 12 (R0702).

So just a jumper from pins 13-12 of the connector to the capacitors R0700 R0701? (have the same identical values)
