The screen on a friends ipad is grainy and all either pink or blue. the glass is cracked and it was dropped. The screen quit working far after it was dropped.

What do I need to replace?

replace the digi to fix the broken glass and a LCD to fix weird colors.

Lcd flex need to change fix wired color not LCD need to change in first place...

yes actually ive seen my fair share of lcd cables go bad but usually ive found lcd needs replacement too Its a good idea to start with the cable because its cheap but expect to need a lcd
