Hi
I removed nand ic device recognised in dfu mode.
I put on a nand ic from iphone 5 device recognised but error 4013.
With original nand device dead nothing happens. I think it is faulty nand ic.
Maybe u have other problm.

U have to reball nand to solve this. Heating is not a solution. I heated many times and customer come always back.

I not know really if it is u2 it would boot with a fully charged battery i think if it was u2. All voltage exist if i press power key so it cannot be pmu. I had 5 ipad 4 with same problm. I still have 3 the customer gave them to me. If i have time im gonna try replace both u2 and then pmu. I hope it works. Thanks for ur suggestion.

I tried last night to remove the nand ic but couldn't remove it too much black epoxy
so left it for now, but i replaced the U2 ic and still the same, keeps freezing now waiting for ipad on itunes, so I am sure it is the nand ic
i tried my best to cleaned as much black crap around the nand ic, but it still does not lift out, how much heat do you recommend?
