ipad air - dfu and not disconnecting

Hi,

Ipad Air board, after NAND removal put battery and connected to PC.
Seen as DFU device -> Disconnected -> DFU again -> and nothing...
Any idea about what should i look?
Should i try to desolder RAM?

Yesterday desoldered shield and for a while the board was able to go to Recovery and then in RestoreOS, but then back again to the issue described above.

Thx,
