i have ipad air i remove icloud by hardware (reprogram nand flash with new SN no have icloud) but i can't active it ipad say could not activate ipad please any help to active it

Activate nand while in programmer I am told it’s seen as Iphone, activate and put in Ipad!

Contact this guy by whatsapp +393665012609 he givenew SN + Wifi + BT Mac address and can be activated any ipad on ios 11+. also ipad pro
