You can reset your password in itunes and get it in your email.

Goto iCloud.com and reset your password. Make sure "u***@mail.ru" is your emil address.

icloud remove not possible right now!

It's not possible to unlock the iCloud lock. Take your original-receipt (if it's your iPad) and a passport and go to the apple shop. They can help you (only if you're the owner).

If not, sell it at ebay. There are dozen iPads with iCloud lock
