hi there can any members tell me were the backlight filter is located i can see the backlight diode and coil but cannot find the filter

There is also a lot of people online on ebay you can send the board into that will do the repair for relatively cheap. Be wary though, they usually don't offer any warranty. I've sent off a phone before to get fixed and it came back in worse condition.
