Lightbulb iPad mini glass/touch:the issue is with the touch mechanism operating on its own

I'm having issues with iPad mini glass/touch that I've been purchasing through a supplier, the issue is with the touch mechanism operating on its own. I've tried putting tape over the contacts on the home flex etc, but it is still not a 100% fix.
I'm paying for genuine apple screens but not sure if that's what I'm getting. I read somewhere that the genuine ones will have these areas covered (just like when you remove the original screen from a mini. How do you know?

Did you put also tape to all the wide of the flex connecting the digitizer? If this is not like this, it will "get alive" by itself.
