ipad mini no power


is anybody have tested solution for ipad mini no power, its not shorted pcb & when insert battery power ic getting heat.all possible solution i did before post here like power ic, power section's resister diode all teste but no response..

yes its u2 ic problem, its solved by reball u2, even iphone 5 also have same problem because of u2 ic, its available on all new model apple product.

I have the same problem: my iPad Mini is dead but there is no heat in any IC…. any idea?

I have the same problem, although my charging port isn't working at all, have replaced with new part still no luck. So assuming U2 ic is to blame, then maybe power ic if all else fails.

Guys have any recommendations on hot air settings for iPad U2 ic?
