Ipad Mini touch no response, home button fine

After a replace from the digitizer of a i pad mini i had the following problem.

ill tested the touchscreen before i sticked it in the housing,
everything works fine, then i took off the plastic protecting stripes of the stick tape, and stick the touchscreen in the housing.

after that the touch didnt respond, the home button works fine.
ill disassembly the touch, check the connectors, everything looks fine.
but the touch doesnt response anymore.

ive tried a hard reset, charge fully, disconnect/reconnect the connectors of digitizer/lcd/accu, but no luck.

ive found many information about touchscreens who has his own life after replacement, but thats not my problem, he didnt do anything.

what can i try to fix it?

can you try another digitizer even might cost you?

you might have ripped the flex while you removing the protector. the flex is very easy to tear.
