Member: 2532158 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 8 | Ipad Missing Serial Number so Cannot Activate??? I tried to do just update to save the data and get Error 26, which I believe means corrupted Nand. Then I try to restore in 3Utools asking to retain data and I get Invalid Serial no. So I restore in DFU mode in Itunes and it restores and turns on but after selecting language it asks to connect to Itunes and Itunes says there is a problem with the Ipad. I then connect to IbackupBot program and it shows serial number as blank and also in 3uTools. So is there anyway to fix this? Is the NAND actually broken or just lost its data? Would I need to unsolder the Nand and program the Serial number in? Anyway to do this through the USB to computer? Many thanks. |

IPBox 2 or naviplus 3000 will do it unless a pro and you will need a jc programer but if water damage may be more problems than just nand!! |
