Hi,
I Have exactly same ipad 4 first error 4005 after reflow error 4014 after reballing same error 4014, now i replaced NAND for another one, exactly same form IPAD 4
ipad stuck in during restore time on "waiting on ipad" checked with 3 laptops.
Did you do something with this NAND from another mainboard or just take out form MB fit and restore??
Any ideas?
Thanks for any solutions

it is not NAND or EMMC problem, reheat or replace PMU, just fixed one.

This solution is obviously only for the WiFi iPads. It should have been clarified.

To change Nand on Cellular iPad you need to programming it first.

Also iPhones and iPads uses NAND memory, not EMMC.

I don't get it ???

How did the PMU got damaged from replacing NAND?

Or perhaps can you explain what type of work did you do on your iPad 4 before "waiting for ipad" because the PMU sits all the way on the other side of the board and even if it got damaged due to a short, you didn't mention anything about fixing a short first.
