Hi there , I have 2 iphone 6 , 1 white and 1 black , I intend to swap the colors , do you think this is possible and easy to do ? I am going with the youtube repair replacement videos. Do I need to disconnect the battery cable before removing the lcd screen? What would be a good way , the goal is to get the white iphone 6 black , and the black iphone 6 white ^^ Thanks for the help ***** |

Member: 2110377 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 5 | It's possible BUT the touch id will not work on both phones after this. Concerning the battery, i would recommend to unplug the batteries before unplugging the lcds and connect the battery after connect the new lcds. |

Both phones will be restored before and after switch , will it be an issue still then ? Just curious , but if I buy a replacement LCD and front panel , will touchID also be not working ? Member: 1878673 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | You can exchange the screens but have to leave the touch id with its original device. If you swap the touch id button as well it will not work. Each touch id is paired / married to its original logic board |
