Iphone 3g always in headphones mode


Hi,
i have iphone 3g that always in headphones mode.
i changed number of flexs and same situation.

any idea?

clean up the circut board..try to check headfone contactors... and what flexs u have changed?

Yes tested 100% .

If you make red marked jumper you will have earsound , but headphones will not work !!!

tnx, but my problem in those models is not the flex cable, its something on the board.
any component to remove\change ??

did u try to change the top flex? usually it will sort the problem.

i hav the same problem,and i changed the flex but problem not solved,everthing is the same.headphones mode stuck.strange idea happens and it cofuses my mind that if i put my iphone 3g (fw 4.0) in the "refrigerator" about 1 minute it whill change mode to ringer and it has lock unlock sound or i can call someone but its only 1-2 minutes just like that.when iphone's temp goes to normal (from colder to warmer) it changes mode to headphones again. what can i do for it???

Did you ""refrigerator" boy" read post #6 ????
If so & if you have soldering gun at your home .... just try my solution ...
Else give your phone for fixing to some1 with more experience ...

i read that but i don't understand what that mean.jumpering that item is removing it and soldering to combine the empty?

OK,
I will try to make it clear ...
Open your phone & locate the marked part of the picture.
Then use thin soldering gun & wire to connect the 2 pins without removing the IC (transistor) from PCB.
If you go out of "headphone mode" you must replace this part with new one.
