i've tried 3 new cameras did 10 million restores , the motherboard look perfect never water damage , all the components are look good.

any idea some 1?

Check three filters top side of camera connector. I had similar problem one of these filters was physically broken. Credit to Wites

change the camera are open and refix it agian the try.
