iPhone 3g keeps going into dfu by itself - GSM-Forum

I have an iPhone 3g here that is unlocked via ipad baseband flash
sometimes it works fine most of the time it just puts itself into dfu mode then have to reflash baseband and jailbreak again to get it going and just keeps repeating cycle. What would cause this hardware wise? thanks in advance

maybe is the processor i have the same problem in iphone 3gs and the processor need reball or remplace
