iPhone 3Gs only on logo, need to save contacts
phone is probably on 3.x version and is jailbroken. Solution how to save data?

try to restart using home and power button with charges plugged in

STOP!

Disconnect the small Flex-cable (No.3) and restart again. And maybe it's a thetered old jailbreak, try this too.
