iphone 3G stuck on apple logo rebooting help

can anybody help me i have iphone 3g took battery out to replace it and it was jailbroken on ios 4.2.1 baseband 6.15.00 turned it on again now its just looping on the apple logo then i downgraded to stock 4.1 baseband still 6.15.00 and its still the same problem

Check green fuse if beep ok if not beep jump it.

Open Redsnow and 'Just Boot Tethered'

Don't know why this happens, but it normally works!

Didn,t work just shows pineapple with circle spinning then goes back to apple logo

I not understand what you mean by this "I,m using the old battery which still works" from what you said i understand as that if you put back old battery phone work normally or no?
