Cool iPhone 3GS Apple Logo (POSSIBLE SOLUTION)

Had a 3GS that constantly stayed at Apple logo forever. Through pulling it apart and testing it whilst not fully screwed down, etc, I managed to get it to boot.

As suggested by Wites, this problem is normally caused by a short somewhere.

For this particular case, I found that the phone only froze or Apple Logo when the No.3 connector was attached.

Upon inspection under the shield, I found this:

Replaced connector and problem solved.

Hope this helps someone else!
