Member: 1133 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 38 | Iphone 3Gs Charging problem, not charging module problem. I have a 3Gs when connect to the charging module, it does not detect the phone. I have replaced the charging module, the battery is good so it's a board problem. Wites gave a tutorial on shorting Q4 & Q5 (bypass) but this board is very different. It does not have Q4 and Q5. Most schematics avaliable is based on Q4 & Q5 model. Hope you can help. Thanks |

It is not caused by china charger. It was a result of changing a low quality back housing that makes the phone very difficult to power on. (When board connected to the battery, the voltage drops - board shorting) After many attempts, I finally found a good quality housing, and not this charging problem happens. | |
