Iphone 3GS with Ipad baseband, intermittent issue

I have a 3GS that had been flashed with Ipad baseband and it have intermittent issue with no wifi, no IMEI. The phone will boot up and work normally with my tmobile sim card then a few minutes later it will reboot itself then no IMEI, no baseband. I shut it down for a few minutes then reboot again and it works fine....for a few minutes.
It looks like the baseband chip is on its last leg. Is there a way to fix it beside replacing the baseband chip?

Tell me what number on BB Flash is written? If it ends with EH then only replace from older board will solve.
If is like this EE then try rewrite ipad BB if not help reball both BB icMobile Files.ru
To rewrite downgrade to official 4.1 ios then jalibreake with update of ipad BB.
