omg that is not good... if this didnt help, what could it possibly be? Did you check all the fuses? I ordered a good multimeter so I'm going to check them for sure after I get it.

I have three iPhone 3Gs with the same NO BB, NO IMEI, NO ICCID.
At one of the iPhone i was able to solve this problem by replacing the chip Baseband Processor (infineon 337s3754).

The other two iPhone replacement of this chip did not help.
Maybe the chip was unusable, it is not clear.
A few days ago to try to understand.

The chips take off with the dead iPhone 3Gs.

On L1 is 0V should be 1.8V
On L2 is 0V should be 1.0V

I replance SMP3i Power Management IC (IC1) and still nothing

This Voltage (1.8V and 1.0) is probably used to BB Memory and BB CPU becouse of that Base Band doesn't works.

Any body have got idea what is wrogn ?

Try this two way . Good luck

I already created this problem by making a jailbreak the iphone, I think you should try again with a jailbreak and redsn0w greenp0ison.
or he must be programmed or the balls of the infineon.

Well you see people here already tried reballing and even replacing the infineon which did not help. Not sure about the "two IC" picture, might try that later if I get some parts. I really need some good soldering tools too

Same here

3gs 3.12 wrongly changed battery to 3g, and stuck to itune logo with original out of date att sim said no sim found, then updated to 4.2.1 still saide no sim, then jailbreak with redsn0w with newbootrom, supposedly should be old, still stuck itune (because no unlock), jailbreak again with sn0wbreeze 221 now the springboard will show, but no carrier, no wifi (greyed out), no IMEM, no ICCID, no basewband , what's wrong?

I still doubt it's a software problem after update because I heard a lot of them. Maybe certain kind of update/jailbreak can trigger hardware falure and apple did it on purpose
