Exclamation IPhone 3gs no wifi, imei, iccid, or bluetooth DID NOT FLASH BASEBAND!

I have a 3gs given to me by customer in bad shape. Was going to jailbreak and unlock. I checked the manufacture date which is 2009, so was safe to flash. Phone was on 5.1 tethered. I booted it tethered with redsn0w then i put in dfu mode to check bootrom using idetector. after using idetector i rebooted it, and no wifi, no bluetooth, no imei, no iccid! I didnt even get a chance to unlock or anything! I so far have downgraded it to 4.1, tried re-jailbreaking on 4.1 and flashing ipad baseband, etc. NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK. It restarts every few minutes. I also charged the battery to about 75% and turned off the phone. the next morning it wouldnt turn on because the batter was drained! ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!

I had a water damaged 3GS with no IMEI, no baseband issue and I brushed the logic board in Alcohol and it works again. Another 3GS with the same issue and I flashed ipad baseband also bring it back to life (but you tried this already).
I currently have a 3GS with ipad baseband but the no IMEI, no baseband issue is intermittent. It works fine for few minutes and reboot by itself to no IMEI, no baseband the next, then the baseband comeback, weird.
