Iphone 3GS power and home button not work after water damage

My dear,
My IP 3gs was full sinking in water. I dried and put it into rice box for a week. it works now except power and home buttons don't work. I tried to install the main circuit to another full IP 3gs housing (sure it work fine) but unfortunately its power & home buttons still not work same as original one. I think its cause by circuit, not their flexes or buttons. Anyone please show me how to fix it or any solution? Thank you in advance

You need to clean the board with isopropyl alcohol. Clean all connectors & components in the affected area. Finish by spraying with contact cleaner since IPA attracts water.
