hi there , i just re balled mic ic then its getting hang then work then restart then no ringer or sound or earpiece.any help???

Brother every month i can do the same problome phones may be 5 or 7 sets,working well,ur problome was re balling or re fixing is not well, plz remouve and re ball againg and re fix the ic again solve ur problome......

could be also the U60...the audio IC...is the one on the opposite side of mic ic.
It is mirrored, squared with the word APPLE on it...try reball it...remember, it is like glass, very fragile...be careful

the same brother its open then hang for 1 min then work with no sound ringer or earpiece.any solution?
