i just want to know
which is realy the baseband chip

ORANGE or PURPLE color chip

im just confuse

any one tried already to replace it
any confesion?

hi man.
brown BGA is BB CPU, purple is BB NOR.
They are matched together, you must use CPU+NOR from the same phone.
if you want to unlock it, you have to change both.

i'm just doing it with my girlfriend's phone, but didn't know about the stronge glue around the IC, lift the BB CPU perfectly, but BB NOR lifted some pads, i'm rewiring it, just remains 1 pad to repair.
However it works for sure!!It's proved, i hope that my rewiring will do the trick

tried to reball BB chip but still no luck

may really need to replace it ..but my problem dont know where to get one

but still im not losing hope
