iphone 4 can not activate - GSM-Forum

I have iphone 4 little water damage.
first it stuck at apple logo after cleaning and resolder the damage parts boot normaly but if I insert sim card and enter the pin then the phone stuck and need hard reset to reboot.
I update the phone with itunes , itunes didnt report any error code but now the phone not go to activate menu after language and country ask for Itunes even with sim card or without.
Any idea?

For first you must repair wifii,this is your problem with iphone 4,

You mean that I have wifi prob and for this reason ask " connect to itunes "after I choose country.
And if I connect it to Itunes itunes said there is problem with iphone find closer dealer

Yes the problem solved I replace u15 and sim reader.
