iPhone 4 CDMA previous water damage boot problem

iPhone 4 CDMA was water damaged before but got cleaned , ultrasonic etc and worked for a month , now it won't turn on , and when pressing the power button
Apple logo shows for less than a second and then turns off
Changed battery charged without batter , wall charger, USB charger etc
Could Someone think of what causes that and where it could be shorted.
Thanks
