iPhone 4: Hangs on boot and no Sound --SOLUTION--


iPhone 4 hangs on Boot (iTunes say Phone is Booted and you see only the apple on screen.) Also no sound at all. Here's the solution:

I had same after dropped phone reball of U70 solved the problem.

Yes, U70 can also cause this problem (after dropping). My solution is specially for water damaged iPhones. I hope one of both solutions can help anybody!

I agree,i remember i had a fault there was complete no sound and when i go to voice memos it say a message no mic detected,after reball of U70 all work again.
As i see U70 ic is for external mic that connect to HP Jack maybe when R308 is corroded or crack in balls phone thinks there is something inserted in HP Jack?

Yes nice one Kostectronics just got phone in for repair that had water damage and this restsisor was corroded jumped it sound working now thanks.
And yes Wites i also had this problem when testing it in voice memo it was saying no mic detected thanks guys for info.
