Member: 1978791 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | iPhone 4 > ICCID Unknown - ONLY >>>>> i there First of all Thank You in advance for any help, your knowledge guys is very much appreciated !!! I have an iPhone 4 I believe to be the very first one. I just got it to the stage of setting it up for the first use but I am having problems with activation. It's running on a 6.1.3 (just updated). The problem is that ICCID is UNKNOWN. The IMEI is present. It doesn't recognise SIM CARD. It was like that even on 6.0.1 Also, when it gets to Wi-Fi activation stage it doesn't pick a Wi-Fi which is just meter away and with no issues, so not sure if Wi-Fi works. Any suggestion?? Thank you once again >>>>>>>Also tried ios 7.0 beta 3 just in case you know... Does the memory or a chip must be flashed ???? I've heard that but in case where also IMEI was unknown and wifi as well. That one just shows ICCID UNKNOWN on its own?! I took the logic board to pieces to check for burned out ic's but nothing there, all clear ?! Thank You >>>>>>>>>>>> ...and checked the sim card slot/connector, no damage outside it or inside where the contacts are. Cheers |

Thank you. I did what you said but the only info I can see while connected to redsnow is the "iPhone 4 (6.1.3)" but on the other side there is no clear empty space for the baseband, unless there is another way to try and read baseband version of the iPhone. Under Identify button I got those readings iPhone 4 CPID: 8930 CPRV: 20 CPFM: 03 SCEP: 01 BDID: 00 ECID: 000002F51914F58E IBFL: 00 SRTG: [iBoot-574.4] Thank you once again | |

Member: 1978791 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Hi again Guys, could this be a sign of bad attempt to jailbreak the phone causing the phone to display no sim at all times and phone being possibly bricket?? No matter what sim you put in there is just no sim message Could there be a damage without any visual sign to the actual sim connector?? |
