Member: 2044491 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 18 | Iphone 4 no sound in calling HELP The damage of water is very little, and is especially near the battery connector. Now the phone turns on, everything works, engages the network, the signal is good, but I have these only problems: - reproducing music or sound of Ios I can hear sound, but during a call does not work microphone and headset (is mute and people can't hear me). Also I do not hear anything even if active speaker. - the proximity sensor not work I searched in the forum but the symptoms were different (I don't think that is audio ic problem). All the rest of the phone works perfectly. Please friends help me if anyone knows tell me what I can do to resolve. Thank you |

Member: 1477098 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 16 | U62 can cause some issues as other end can not hear you, auto turn on the loud speaker when making call, proximity sensor not working... Make sure proximity sensor flex is good working friend! |

Member: 2044491 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 18 | While I attend the new IC, I try to reball my U62, but without success.. After an accurate inspection the motherboard of iphone 4 is ok and very clean, the only strange thing is the color of capacitor that I've marked in picture.. This is the area that was in particular damaged by water.. Is it normal its color?? (On i_m_g_u_r) http://*****.com/3IYAIp1 |

Member: 2044491 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 18 | Incredible friends! I tell you my solution for all this problem that could help anyone.. Even if all problems seems not linked, I solve all only changing the home flex connector! The old seems like a new.. Nothing sign of oxide etc.. But replacing it phone return to work perfect! Also the proximity sensor.. Thanks at all forum's friends for help! |
