Member: 1876974 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Iphone 4 pm ic desolder and resolder I want to desolder the pmic with hot air, my question is which temperature and time i need to use to desolder the ic without damage it. The next question is which temperature and time i need for resolder the part and whats about the preheat. Maybe anybody can give me a intrudaction Thanks in advance |

Member: 1405152 Status: Offline Sonork: adamsz123 Thanks Meter: 4 | hello put some flux around the pmic and shoot it on around 280-300 C with hout air and when u see all surrounding become liquid you ccould try to pry the chip up gently |
