Hi, i will recovery my iphone 4 motherbeard, how can I do, this is the critical situation? (photo attachment)

You can check if the dot behind the missing pad can still be used, in that case you might fix it

Ok , I have to make a bridge with that kind of wire ? In all cases, what should I do exactly?

Glue the new connector to the board,
Solder your + and - pads to the board.
Connect the red and blue with wires and thats it, you are done

Dont need to worry about your missing parts, they are caps and your phone will work fine without them.
