ı have iphone 4s it charge if phone closed but phone open it not charge and usb deteacted ı change usb socket .

I have same problem with once of the device, not charging, usb not working. Battery and flex is ok I check and replace them. Power IC is heating too much. Complete USB dead is there any way to fix it?
