What solution to unlock iphone 4g by HW ?

Today in my area has someone can do it by chang BB fls ic + BB CPU
but the question is u can re-write BB fls ic but for BB cpu can't program.
Why does he chage it for BB CPU ?

After this,my iphone4g only change the IMEI only but Model No. and S/N still the same.but can active like a OFU because the IMEI no. that he write is IMEI from OFU's iphone.That mean APPLE only Check IMEI number while you active with server nomatter Model number is match or not ?

for this just imei is important and imei is in baseband flash but you must change the baseband processor to match like nokia in nokia for change imei with hw you must change cpu and flash ic together

Replace both BB CPU and BB Flash to unlock by hardware the activation is made by imei,to change serial number replace Nand Flash.

wites is right but that depends where u buy those chips and what modem firmware is on bb chip. i am reballing my bb chips and if it's not working i'm gonna change just de bb chip and then my imei will be 0499xxxxxx but i'm going with gevey

you mean BB processcer and BB chip must matched or you can buy BB processcer from one place and buy BB chip from another place but you have to change these two ?

mate i've bought BB CPU+ BB NOR because as i know in baseband NOR there is the firmware, and in the CPU there is IMEI code stored, and they must be married.
You cannot soldered a BB CPU with a different NOR.
My purpose was downgrading by HW the iphone 4, and the only solution is replace both BB CPU + BB NOR taken from the SAME PHONE.
If you buy a new BB CPU or BB NOR from internet (single chip, not paired) could be:
1) BGA are not programmed
2) BGA are programmed but not married together (they're not from the same phone)
