Iphone 4 touch scrren not working

i have an iphone 4 that is full of problems!!! when it is fully dead and i plug it in the wall charger, it gives me charging but then after it turns on, it doesnt say it's charging it just charges very slowly (from red battery to about 30% in 2hours) but that is not the main issue, the problem is that the touch screen is not working, i dont know the history of the phone but i can tell that the metal cage covering the components under the main camera was removed, what are the possible solutions please it's driving me insane
PS: sometimes when i press hard on both sides of lcd the "Hello" moves a bit and 3 finger zoom is enabled :/
thank you
