iphone 4 , USB solution- iphone isn't detected - GSM-Forum

HEllo, i am trying to fix an iphone which is not charging and not detected at all no pc, (happened Because of car charger)

tried . Q2 , the 6 steps procedure by wites , tried, checked all resistors next to dock + diode , changed power ic, everything doesn't work. even changed r2,l3,l4

the phone is charged when its off and turns on when i plug usb ,

l2 has got 3.6 V Q2 got 5 V all resistors next to L2|_pmu, is correct ,

What can i do ?

Chk battery ways if ok chk DZ31 if not short,make readings to gnd of 2 usb lines and post result.
Possible CPU damaged there was a thread by airchair i think same problem was he solve by replace cpu.

can u refer a bit more about 2 lines of usb ground ?

Take multimeter switch to diodes testing put red probe to gnd and black to one of 2 usb lines test them both see what numbers they show post result.

This is not rx tx problem.Just solve charging everything will be ok.Also this is not CPU problem.Don't touch CPU.I solved this type of problem.

Yes i mean this you check to gnd to see if they are ok make some readings.
Is there some reaction when you insert charger did you try other dock flex?

hi my friends before check the CPU replace Q1 . Q3 .DZ5 .R95 if not solved change the baseband CPU and baseband FLASH and the last replace CPU (A4) your phone not charging cuz have short in some part

ok guys so , first thanks for everything, 2nd,

air chair : replaced all of them , result : not working.

wites :
results :
so 2 tests
1. r26 : usb11_d+ diode mode check: 1.097 v then disconnect usb after 5 sec beep and 0.100 v and after a 2 sec 1.097 again - no beep
2. r27 usb11_d- diode mode check 1.795 v then when disconnect usb after 5 sec beep and 0.160 V and then back again with no beep to 1.795

i think i am getting crazy.
