iphone 4 weak wifi signal (all screws are in tested with different body to) - GSM-Forum

Hi I've got iphone 4 that has weak wifi signal. It has the black cover and the screws in. I tried in different body and the same problem. What can be done in this case? It's a nice unit with 01.59 baseband. Thanks

near front camera there is wifi antena connector,may be that is missing just check first.

everything looks ok there. don't see missing parts

check sp2_rf its should be connected to L18_RF if its connected then replace L18_RF and FL10_RF and L21_RF and check the wifi voltage if not work so you must change wifi ic

I had the same problem. It turned out a grounding metal clip (very small) fell off when I took it apart. It's located in the same slot as the longest screw 4.28mm. If it's missing, I heard you can put a small aluminum foil there. Good luck

that didn't work. I have all the metal peaces. I guess will have to try replacing the filters.
