iphone 4g after water doesnt turn on with battery...

ive tried wite scheme all points read good , cleaned good 3times , measure everything but still doesnt turn on with battery , any idea what to reball/replace/throw ?

yes tried 5 batts , i've found the short its from the little ressitors of the baseband , those protect those big black caps near battery connector one of the ressitors give me some smoke , now without the resistors work with battery but i still cant save the data , i just need to power it up correctly for backing up.

i still cant understand what for L2/3_RF for ... i just know that my problem is from there

J2 and J3 appear to go to the dock connector (J3)= pin 12, (J2) = pin 1, J2 is also connected to U1.
