iPhone 4s, 40k minutes first to use...

I got this phone of a friend, got the cracked screen and missing home button, so i replaced these two parts, but now when i turn on the phone i have to wait like 40.000 minutes first to use it
I tried to switch back the old cracked sreen but there's still this message...
Do you have any idea? I'm thinking about the wrong date, but i can't fix it cuz i can't access the phone !
