iPhone 4S Apple logo on/off

Hello,

iPhone 4S which was slightly water damage, looked at it no corrosion but the batter connector was corroded. Took it off and replaced it now is clean.

Put a new battery in there, all it does goes to apple logo and turns off does the same concept over and over again.

Can anyone help me out please

I used the schematics. I soldered the gas gauge to point R61 and still got constant reboot then to C300 with the same result. Is there another point or can someone please post a picture. My gas gauge pad is missing and I was doing a screen fix for a customer. Please offer advice or a way to bypass gas gauge reboot software wise.
