Search for those two filters and try to point out to which other parts the supply goes through. You can even trace the supply with the help of a multimeter and a working 4s motherboard. Once the point is found where the supply goes you can trace thin insulated wire And jumper its one end to the point and the other point to the visible part of the broken filter. P.S: I could have made a good pic for the solution, but im not in my office. P.S2: Have you tried scraping on the peeled off track with sharp needle?
