iPhone 4s Camera not Working

Im on IOS 7.1.2

i have restored the phone many times, but still the camera app shows a black screen and not operable. i tried to press the button that makes it choose the front camera but it freezes the app.

i tried many 3rd party camera apps, the same, front and rear is not working.

i already bought a replacement, both front and rear, but the same issue.

now im i think its related to the motherboard, but i just look at it and no components are missing.

but the problem, i dont know where to begin.

please give me idea on how to solve this.

thank you.

is that solution for front or back?

because both wont work on mine.

how if that ic is not the problem, is there no consequence on removing that and making a jumper if ever i tried that solution?

i think solution is for rear camera? the problem is, both wont work. i tried looking at its components, none are damaged nor missing? im not sure because i have not tested it with a tester but they all look fine.

is there anyone here in philippines can diagnose and fix this?

thank you.
