iPhone 4S charging problem!

Hi,

I have iphone 4s and my problem is charging. I tested on several chargers and batteries. I tried to put changed battery and turns on with charger connected and battery shows 3% and it shows the charging sign. After a while the phone restarts and shows 6%. And after while again restart and shows 9% etc.

On one battery shows 16% but drops down even though the charger is connected.

Any solution?

Thank you. Tomorrow I'll try to do.

And have another question, another problem. Iphone 4S when turn on, it runs 3 max 5 minutes and turn off. I changed battery, dock connector and the same problem. Any solution?
