iphone 4s dead

i have a problem with my iphone 4s that doesn't work it was suddenly off then its never turn on after that i checked main board and i find it that ' power unit manager ' is too hot like get burning ...
i really confuse how can i solve this problem.
p.s. i checked other parts like battery and other stuff all of them are, ok. but iphone don't respond at all .
plz help if u have any idea or same experiment.

you have to change pmic , hard to find but can be found on alibaba, u have to understand what you doing to do that
