man be sure the screw is not touching the back part of the flash. there is a screw on a yellow thing be sure is not touching the back part of the flash

thanks for your answer but i already remove the screw and stil the same isue i think its a capacitor problem maybe im not sur i change the camera but still the problem

If you have the schematics, test the caps filters etc, should be an easy job.
