i have the same problem with my iphone 4s ios 7.0.4 and there is no imei and no modem version?????!!!!! is it the same issue like the old 3gs phones?

Thank you!!! Soooo much! I just came across your forum reply. A year later. This was exactly the problem on my iPhone 4S. Your solution fixed my problem. I had been trying everything for three weeks. Was even ready to buy a new phone(several hundred dollars).
Can't thank you enough! What I can't understand is why AT&T and Apple did not know this? Or would not tell me...
