Most happen after replace front camera and headphone jack was moved then hit to metal frame; or replace with aftermarket headphone flex which does not have good seal cover. It was made me crazy couple days... I try putting the board to other phone, it working good but then the same. I did not think about it was important until found out the bottom of the headphone jack lift up not sit right on metal frame.... Try again by cut on metal a space little bigger that let headphone jack sit correct then it work as normal. Also try which the generic one I though defected, they are working normal same as OEM one because all registers are away of metal frame. Also I learn one thing that if every time I removed the screw of wifi antenna on right side of headphone jack that made the headphone jack moved too and the bottom of the jack lift up…. Let try this before attempt fix on IC because reheat or soldering the IC that very risky will cost to lose everything if you don’t have a right tool… |
